Challenges
An oil company with over 400 employees across 5 sites (including 2 offshore platforms) needed to digitalize its work permit system. Challenges included: complex and slow paper-based work permit management, difficulty locating active permits on sites, lack of centralized visibility for management, and safety risks related to manual errors. Coordination between onshore and offshore sites added additional complexity.
Solutions
We developed a comprehensive digital work permit management application with: digital workflow for permit request, validation and closure, GPS location system for active permits on sites, centralized real-time dashboard to visualize all permits (onshore and offshore), automatic notifications and expiration alerts, and mobile interface for field operators. The solution also integrates safety precaution management and required equipment.
Results
70% reduction in work permit processing time, 100% improvement in traceability and location of active permits, 45% decrease in administrative errors, real-time visibility for 400+ users across 5 sites, and significant improvement in HSE compliance.

Challenges
A petrochemical group needed to improve its management of Process Safety Events (PSE). Challenges included: manual and heterogeneous PSE collection across multiple sites, absence of standardized Tier classification (Tier 1, 2, 3, 4), difficulty tracking corrective and preventive actions, lack of consolidated KPIs for safety performance management, and time-consuming reporting for management.
Solutions

Challenges
